Use of this website and of n2together LLC's services is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Terms & Conditions – Projects
Client agrees to abide by all terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation, which includes the Project that the Client is selecting and paying for currently. Any additional work outside of the defined Project will need to be discussed, quoted, and agreed upon separately before it can commence.
Client agrees to pay in full for the Project at this time. No refunds will be issued.
n2gether LLC reserves the right to adjust the project fee if it deems the Project is larger or more complex than expected. The Client will be notified before the Project is completed if this is the case.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 36 hours before the scheduled session time. You can reschedule using your confirmation email for this session or emailing nrush@n2gether.co. If there is an emergency and Client must cancel with less than a 24-hour notice, it is up to n2gether LLC to decide if a reschedule will be allowed. Client may only reschedule their session two (2) times. After the second time, your session will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
I understand that n2gther LLC and its employees and representatives are not agents, publicists, accountants, financial planners, lawyers, therapists, doctors, or any other licensed or registered professional.
I understand that guidance provided by n2gether LLC and/or its employees and representatives throughout the project is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, health, financial, business, spiritual or other qualified professionals. I understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively mine and I acknowledge that my decisions and my actions regarding them are my sole responsibility.
I understand that n2gether LLC makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the services to be provided. In no event will n2gether LLC, Nancy Rush, or any other employees or representatives be liable for any damages beyond the amount actually paid to n2gether LLC by me.
n2gether LLC is committed to providing all Clients with a positive experience. By agreeing to these terms, the Client agrees that n2gether LLC may, in its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and limit, suspend, or terminate the Client’s participation in this Project without refund if Client becomes disruptive or upon violation of these terms. If Client decides to terminate this Agreement, no refunds will be issued.

Any additional work outside of these Sessions will need to be discussed, quoted, and agreed upon separately before it can commence.
Client agrees to pay in full for the Session(s) at this time. No refunds will be issued.
