CH:  What was the inspiration to create n2gether and why was it important to you?

NR: The idea for n2gether started 4 years ago, when I was at a retreat in California. While there, I had the opportunity to walk a sacred labyrinth which was an inspirational and grounding experience. Afterward I sat with friends and the idea of creating a company that could bring like-minded people together and give them a way to share their talents with the world in a powerful way was born.

The idea percolated until this year, when working with you and dialing the vision for my work, it became obvious that it was time to create the company because the world really needs what we do. I’ll never forget the moment when it became apparent that we’re supposed to create something big here. That epiphany took the company out of the realm of just me and put it into the realm of possibility of so much more. Suddenly, everything got really real!

Now, 6 months later, we’ve launched the company and website, we’ve got you and Christine on board and there are others waiting to join the company, and I just feel this sense of a bigger purpose than just all of us being together. We’re stepping away from being solopreneurs and now supporting each other collaboratively, which is amazing. Together we’re doing work in the world that is so needed right now.

CH: How would you describe the work we do and the methodology that supports it?

NR: Everyone who is a part of the company brings their own zone of excellence to the table. All of us have unique life and work experiences and education; we’ve amassed specific skillsets and different modalities that we leverage to do the work we do. What’s so great about n2gether is that we bring these different angles together and by doing so, have created a methodology and toolkit to support our clients in a way unlike any other.

Using our methodology, we can get to the heart of whatever the issues or obstacles are much more quickly. This is why we've brought these different tools – intuition, the Akashic Records, energy clearing, the 9-star ki, and more together, weaving all of them into a beautiful blend that allows us to work with people in an in way that isn’t a one size fits all but rather in a way that is wholly appropriate for them and at the same time, incredibly powerful.

CH: Tell me a little bit about the 9-star ki and why you love using it in your work.

NR: I discovered the 9-star ki about 10 years ago through my work with Jean Haner, a mentor at the time. There’s a lot of different ways to help people understand themselves better such as astrology, Human Design, Insights, Meyers-Briggs, and more. But the 9-star ki is beautiful because on the surface it seems so simple, but it is extremely rich. So, on the basis of your birthdate the 9-star ki provides 3 numbers from which we can tell how someone is wired – what patterns and themes they might have in their life, what challenges or obstacles they might face, what type of work they’d be well suited for, how they mesh with other people, and so much more.

Using it in my work lends a depth and understanding of the people in a way that's very profound. For example, in business, I can tell if a person is going to be an asset to the team and identify the things they want or need to feel supported and nourished. In a team setting using the 9-star ki brings insight into the different communication styles, what opportunities or challenges they might face as they work together, and how to create cohesion, synergy and flow within the team.

When we work with a company, we look at it from a holistic perspective. They might bring us in because their revenue isn’t tracking, or they recognize they have an issue with their team working well together, or maybe they’re just looking for guidance as they consider expanding into a new market. But part of our process is looking deeper than the surface issue so we can see the deeper cracks and/or root issues. The 9-star ki can give us insight into why something might not be working or how we can optimize the foundation of what’s there so the company can thrive and achieve its goals.

I've had clients where I’ve gone through their entire team with them and provided insight via the 9-star ki about how each person is wired, what are the specific needs they have to be able to flourish, and some of the potential pitfalls that might occur with them that you can avoid. So, it’s a win-win for the leadership and the individual team members because we’re helping to bridge two potentially disparate sides in a way that’s affirming for everyone.

CH: Touching upon another tool we use, what role does intuition play in our work?

NR: I always joke that I was in the closet for a very long time because I was afraid that if somebody really knew how “woo-woo” I was they would either make fun of me or think I was crazy! But I couldn’t ignore how valuable using my intuition was because it provided incredibly accurate insight and direction that was undeniable.

Intuition gives us the ability take the “seen,” which is the data or information we know and bridge it with the unseen, which is what is not readily apparent. As intuitives we are simply the conduits to bring the knowledge and information that isn’t known to light. Access to that knowledge is absolute gold and why it is a cornerstone of the work we do.

Now, we don’t expect our clients to jump on the “woo-woo” train with us because it isn’t necessarily for everyone. Given that our collective experience of working in the corporate world is substantial it’s easy for us to approach things in a very grounded and logical way and in doing so, the “woo” can be in the background if someone so desires. At the end of the day, it’s less about how things get done and a lot more important the results that happen. But there’s no arguing with the fact that the intuitive arts we employ in our work do make a significant difference.

CH: What do you feel is your zone of genius is?

NR: To start with, my intuition absolutely. It’s a finely honed tool that is incredibly accurate and a part of everything I do. I’m also very good at problem solving. With the gifts of my experience and intuition I can often see what others can’t and I can present information in a way that is easy for people to consume.

CH: What’s important to you about this work?

NR: I’m really big on the ripple effect, the idea that each person or organization we touch will have a positive effect on an untold amount of people in the world. We may never fully understand how many people are affected by our work and our empathy and compassion, but I know it is profound.

I also love that we get help companies create the success and positive impact in the world that they desire while also thriving. The world is a tough place right now and the more we can help people and companies that are up to good in the world succeed, the better.

CH: What are some things most people don’t know about you?

NR: Well, most people don’t know that I spent 5 years in the military as a journalist. And of course, I have to mention my deep abiding love for all things “woo-woo,” such as crystals. I love, love, love them! I love their energy and how they can support us and of course, they’re just pretty to look at. I also love to learn new things. I’m constantly studying with different mentors and learning new modalities and tools to use in my work. Right now, I’m studying angel numbers for fun. I find them fascinating and it’s amazing the signs and synchronicities they are tied to when you start to notice them.

Lastly, I’m an avid reader. If I have down time, you can usually find me with a book in my hand!
